Conscious parenting has truely changed my life and Nina’s profound knowledge, wisdom and guidance has helped me to see my own behaviours and where they stem from so that I can start to own them. With her help I have been able to see my co-creation and patterns in all areas of my life and how I can break these patterns and change my co-creation to create the harmonious life I was seeking. Nina’s warm, friendly and nonjudgmental approach created a safe space for me to open up and create change. I am truely grateful for Nina’s wisdom and coaching and would highly recommend her as a conscious parenting coach.

I came across Nina at my most darkest, difficult and rocky time as a parent. Nina is a gifted, extraordinary therapist that was my lifeboat. She was able to navigate me through turbulent waters and guided me with her gentle, insightful, non- judgemental approach and helped me find my inner strength and calm that steered me safely home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is prepared to heal and make changes in their life.

My name is Sophie and I’m a single mother of 2 teenage girls, India 16yrs and Violet 14yrs. I’m so proud of the young ladies they’ve become, but I can’t lie… it’s been the toughest 3 years of my life.

India has been unwell mentally for a number of years, she has a diagnosis of severe social anxiety, depression and showing symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder.

In a nutshell , the system failed us, the youth mental health system that is.

We tried 3 different schools, as well as a home schooling stint. My daughter India attempted suicide 7 times in 3 years, and yet she was treated like a number, medicated and I had the book thrown at me as far as support went. I needed a circuit breaker, a different perspective, something none of the “box tickers” were doing…. and BOOM I found Nina. Thank God.

Hands down, Nina helped save India’s life. Big call I know, but I truly believe it. An educated , empathetic, caring ear was a god send. Nina has an increadible intuition, one I’ve never witnessed before going through my trauma. The way she communicated with India filled me with relief, joy and hope that there was someone out there that just got it.

Indie has come through the woods and Nina is still working with us. Life is manageable now after such a tumultuous time, but now is the time we need Nina more than ever. It’s like she’s part of the family!

India, Violet and I are so so grateful you came into our lives and managed to bring us out of the depths of despair and into a life filled with hope.

(Single mother of 2 teenage girls)

I found Nina when I was looking for an alternate to traditional parenting methods. Very early on I realised traditional parenting methods are not effective for my child. I wanted to ensure I don’t destroy the will power of my child which is very often mistaken for stubbornness.

with Nina I worked on my own emotions and expectations. This finally allowed me to set my child free from my own baggaes. Now, she is a thriving, strong, resilient kid at school and at home and I am a more accepting and happy mom.

My journey with Nina didn’t stop there. While getting coached by Nina, I found courage to finally realise my dream of starting a coaching practice and say good bye to 9-5 corporate life. She also coached me to serve my clients from place of abundance. Nina also help me to resolve emotional attachment I had with a long term health issue, making it much more easier for me to deal with the actual health problem

Nina is a highly skilled coach and a beautiful compassionate human being.
